Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore 

Timings: 9: 00AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:

Khaleef Technologies is looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Network Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in both network and IT support, capable of troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT and network support across the organization
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Configure and manage VPNs, firewalls, and network security systems
• Support users across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Document issues, solutions, and system updates

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
• Experience with firewalls.
• Knowledge of network security principles and vulnerability assessments
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, wireless controllers, and PoE devices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A strong understanding of networking protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and infrastructure components

Good to Have:

• CCNA or other Cisco certifications
