Job Description:
Arktel is
looking for a dynamic and eager outbound sales representative to jump start
their career in sales to join our Lahore team calling agents. If you are
excited about generating leads and cold calling, willing to roll up your
sleeves and dial the phone, love the hunt and celebrating win / wins you could
be the perfect fit. You’ll start by finding a good fit prospect, live
transferring to sales. From there, we’d like to help you grow your sales skills
and career with us.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through
proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling.
- Quickly develop value-based
business relationships with B2B customers.
- Research, qualify, manage, track
leads and related sales activities.
- Function competently and
competitively in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center
environment that requires project and time management skills.
- Develop a good relation with the
clients over the phone in order to convert those leads into sales.
- You will be assisting the Sales
Supervisor and transferring the potential client calls to your supervisor
who will be converting those transfers into sales.
- Excellent English communications
skills with prior experience in international sales and customer service
will be preferred.
Key
Requirements & Skills:
- Good English communication and
interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years of outbound B2B sales
experience preferably selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrable verbal and written
communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and think
analytically.
- Active listening and communication
skills.

Work Schedule
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Egypt Time)
- Saturday (Half Day)
Breaks:
- Friday: 2-hour break during Jumu’ah (Friday prayer)
- Daily: 1-hour break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Salaries
Salary Disbursement: Between the 15th and 18th of each month.
Sales Target: Equivalent to 30% of the employee’s monthly salary.
Salary Range: 8,000 to 12,000 Egyptian
