About the Role 

Auktel Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Executive with experience in B2B outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DU or Etisalat outbound sales campaigns, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, engage potential clients, and close deals effectively. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients in the UAE market  

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities  

  • Present company services professionally and build strong client relationships  

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication  

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs  

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities  

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies  

  • Handle client queries and objections professionally to close deals successfully  

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process  

Requirements 

  • Minimum 6 months of B2B outbound sales experience in DU or Etisalat is mandatory  

  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, and deal closing  

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets  

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Experience in call center or telesales roles is mandatory  

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment  

Compensation 

  • Up to PKR 100,000 salary  

  • Uncapped commission structure (AED-based incentives)
